Herbert W. Titus (born October 17, 1937 in Baker, Oregon, is an American attorney, writer, and politician. He was a candidate for Vice-President of the United States in the 1996 U.S. presidential election on the Constitution Party ticket. Titus holds a law degree (''cum laude'') from Harvard University and a B.S. degree in Political Science from the University of Oregon, from which he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.〔(About Us: Biography of Herbert W. During this time, he was active in various left-wing-based political causes: opposing the war in Vietnam; supporting abortion; and homosexual rights. As a regional director with the American Civil Liberties Union, Titus worked with attorneys and clients on a number of constitutional cases. W. Coburn School of Law at Oral Roberts University.
